Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before proceeding with your booking

By proceeding with your reservation, you agree to be bound by these terms, which outline the rights and responsibilities of both parties.

1. Definitions of Terms

The terminology used in the Terms will be defined as the following:

  • "AVS", "WE", "US" and "THE COMPANY" refers to providers of the services.
  • "GUESTS", "TRAVELERS" and "YOU" refers to customers who use the service.

2. Deposit and Balance Payment

To secure your booking, a deposit is required at the time of reservation. The balance of payment must be completed before the travel date as per the specified payment schedule.

*We reserve the right to cancel the booking if failure to make full payment within the agreed timeframe.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation requests must be made to AVS via phone or email and will be effective only upon confirmation by AVS. The cancellation date will be on the day the request is made by the Guest and subjected to confirmation by AVS. Please review table below for specific cancellation fees and conditions.

Refunds will be processed according to the cancellation policy of the selected travel package, which may vary depending on the service. A 100% cancellation fee will be implemented for non-refundable promotion fares and departure dates that are classified as “peak season”.

4. Amendment Charges

Any request for amendment must be made by the Guest to AVS by phone or email or visit to our office. Amendment is effective only upon receipt of payment of the administration fee by AVS' reservation office.

5. Price & Information

All prices and information presented on our website are subject to modification at any time and may be altered without advance notification. While the Company endeavors to maintain the highest level of accuracy in all provided information, occasional errors in pricing or other details may arise. In such instances, the Company reserves the right to rectify any inaccuracies and to amend prices or other information as required to ensure the most accurate and up-to-date representation of our offerings.

6. Travel Documentation

Guests are responsible for ensuring that all required travel documents are prepared before your departure:

  • A valid passport or other approved travel document, with at least six (6) months validity remaining from the date of arrival.
  • Any necessary visas, as required by the authorities of the countries you plan to visit.
  • Vaccination and health certificates, as mandated by the health authorities of the countries you will be visiting.

The Company will inform travelers of the necessary documentation and, where possible, assist in securing the required travel visas. However, the Company cannot guarantee that any visa application will be approved. The Company are not liable for any failure to obtain the necessary documentation, and no refunds will be provided for missed travel due to incomplete or invalid documents.

7. Refund of Unused Services

Once the trip has commenced, no refunds will be granted for any services that are not utilized, including, but not limited to, accommodations, meals, guided tours, or any other travel-related components offered as part of the package. Travelers bear the responsibility to fully avail themselves of all services included in the itinerary, as any services left unused will not be eligible for reimbursement or credit.

8. Responsibility of Company

The Company acts solely as an agent on behalf of the traveler in arranging accommodations, transportation, and other related services. The Company is not liable for any injury, illness, death, loss, damage, or delay resulting from the actions of third-party service providers or from circumstances beyond our control. Travelers are strongly advised to purchase travel insurance to cover these potential risks.

9. Rights to Reject

The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to deny service to any traveler whose behavior, in our assessment, may pose a risk to or disrupt the experience of other travelers or our staff. This right to refuse service extends to, but is not limited to, instances where travelers fail to adhere to established guidelines, engage in inappropriate or disruptive conduct, or present health-related concerns that could impact the overall group. In such circumstances, no refund or compensation will be provided for any unused portion of the services.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By completing the booking process, we acknowledge that you have thoroughly read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions in their entirety.
